Accountability

You will be sent acquital documents in your Grant Approval Package. These documents must be returned to the GCBF Secretariat within eight months of your project being approved for funding.

There are two forms of acquittal documents - a receipt and an audited statement. The nature of your project determines its accountability requirements. The secretariat determines the project accountability requirements at the time of processing your funding application.

If your organisation does not meet all the terms and conditions set out in the letter of approval and the Funding Application Package, the Treasurer may authorise the recovery of monies paid as a debt due and owing to the Crown.
