Conditions of funding

Each organisation approved for funding must comply with the conditions set out in the Funding Application Package and Application Form. A copy of the terms and conditions of funding is also sent to you once your organisation has been allocated a grant.

Grants must be used for the purpose stated in the letter received after you have been allocated a grant. You cannot change the purpose, amount, or time for expenditure of the grant without written approval. Please contact the Secretariat to discuss any of these options.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, grants are paid in advance and in full to the organisation with legal and financial responsibility for the project.

This organisation is either the applicant organisation itself (if it is incorporated) or the sponsor organisation (if the applicant organisation is not incorporated). For further information, refer to Roles and responsibilities of sponsoring organisations.

Grants must be spent within six months of the date your project is approved, unless otherwise specified.
