Where can I get an application form?

Before applying for a grant, you need to check that both your organisation and your project are eligible.

If you know you are eligible, you can access a Funding Application Package, an Application Form and the necessary fact sheet by selecting your organisation type:

Applications from community organisations

Applications from Minister approved groups

If you're not sure if your organisation and project are eligible, find out using the Grants Guide.
