Organisation eligibility
An organisation that is eligible to apply for a grant must be:
- located in Queensland;
- a community based, not-for-profit organisation; and
- incorporated; or
- unincorporated (with incorporated sponsor); or
- applying for a grant that will provide benefit to Queensland.

Ineligible organisations
The following entities are not eligible to apply for a grant through the Gambling Community Benefit Fund (GCBF):
- individuals;
- government or semi-government organisations such as hospitals and libraries;
- statutory authorities;
- public and private educational institutions (primary, secondary and tertiary);
- unions and student guilds;
- research foundations and trusts; and
- professional associations.
