Current closing dates are 31 August 2008, 30 November 2008, 28 February 2009 and 31 May 2009.

For Parents and Friends Associations, and Parents and Citizens Associations, please note the Accountable Officer referred to in section 3 and section 11 is the School Principal. For these organisations, the School Principal must sign the application form.
